As a qualified member of the British Wheel of Yoga, Sara believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness or gender. Through various studies over the years she has created a style which embraces, Hatha and Vinyasa flow.

Yoga offers a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit, which can provide the tools to cope with the challenges of daily life.

Blessed to have discovered yoga over 23 years ago Sara is grateful to all who have been an inspiration to her on her yoga journey thus far. Sara's desire is to share her knowledge and passion with others so they too can enjoy the many wonderful benefits of yoga.
