Hatha Yoga Classes

"Ha" means sun and "tha" means moon, Hatha Yoga is about the union of opposites. Hatha Yoga aims to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

Classes draw on classical yoga postures which help to build strength and stamina, focus on the alignment of the body whilst adding an element of flow. Pranayama (breath work) is also key to the practice, helping to bring balance to the breath and mind. Each class finishes with a deep relaxation. Group classes are 75 minutes in duration.

Yoga One to One

One to one is probably the most effective way to learn yoga.

One 2 ones are perfect for beginners and people that want a practice absolutely tailored for their personal needs. Sara also teaches "Mindfulness Yoga" for people that feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life. This a beautiful practice that gives us the tools to live and cherish each moment.

One to One yoga practices are taught in your home or place of work for 60 minutes per session.

Regular practice of Yoga can help you face the turmoil of life with steadiness and stability.
